Job Description
- Develop overall marketing strategies and execute the appropriate tactics, including online marketing
campaign, offline marketing events and build overall Public Relations planning
- Understand key objectives, priorities, and various teams’ product features, and create an marketing
and events strategy that align with these
- Collaborate with other communities to develop interesting campaigns to both engage our community
and widen our audience
- Develop and implement social media policies and procedures, determine KPIs, measure and
provide reports on each marketing campaign
- Manage event-related partnerships and collaborations with other projects and protocols
- Oversee and exercise marketing strategies across social media channels
- Track and analyze media performance on daily and weekly basis, providing reports and insights
- Manage crisis situations and formulate procedures to address FUD / crisis situations
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience in Web3 industry, with hands-on experience organizing offline events
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Good understanding of marketing principles, well-organized with a results-oriented approach
- Exquisite communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple
projects simultaneously
- Strong self-driven with attention to details; Passionate about the industry opportunities
