As the lead of the Marketing OPS team, you will be responsible for building and leading the marketing team. This will include overseeing brand marketing, content marketing, social media, PR/Communications, among other areas, while at the same time supporting the Product Marketing efforts in the product team.
In this newly updated role, you will assist in developing the brand, building the team, and allocating resources to serve both short and long-term goals across a range of products and initiatives. The successful applicant will be strategic and creative in equal parts, with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C user acquisition, user growth and marketing funnels across social, web3 and IRL channels. You should be a self-starter and a strong leader, capable of building a team to execute marketing strategies from the management team for both current and future products and services.
